Luke Zhang is a Grade 12 IBDP student at St. Robert CHS serving as this year’s 2025-26 Chief Human Resources Officer. Dedicated towards enriching financial literacy amongst youth across the nation, he wishes to bridge the knowledge gaps between all students and enrich personal financial knowledge throughout Canada. He is impassioned towards leading the Regional Executive team and connecting with all National Executives during the course of his tenure and is excited to see what Target Alpha Canada will accomplish this year.
