At Target Alpha, we aim to engage youth in financial literacy by hosting conferences, organizing real-time competitions, and providing educational resources to Target Alpha chapters. Since our inception in 2013, Target Alpha has grown to become Canada’s leading student financial literacy organization, engaging youth all across the nation!
Our Mission
Target Alpha is a student-led, federally-incorporated not-for-profit organization that works towards promoting financial literacy among youth in Ontario, BC and Alberta. We aim to engage teenagers in financial literacy by hosting conferences, organizing real-time competitions, and providing educational resources to Target Alpha chapters.
Vision Statement
Since 2013, our vision has been to improve youth’s skill set and understanding of personal finance concepts rarely covered in schools. We understand that financial literacy among teenagers is severely under-addressed, and with it playing such an essential role in our adult years, we hope to empower the future generation to thrive.
Future Aspirations
This year, Target Alpha seeks to create an unparalleled experience for our members. All conferences will feature incredibly engaging workshops with memorable speakers. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with industry experts, our Ivy League alumni, and Target Alpha executives.
